Associate Product Manager – Agentic Modernization

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help define and execute the roadmap for their Agentic Modernization platform. This entry-level role involves translating customer needs into platform requirements for AI agents and workflows, working closely with senior product managers and engineering teams.

• Support product roadmap definition and execution for Agentic Modernization platform
• Gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and modernization teams
• Maintain and groom product backlog and support prioritization
• Assist in tracking platform adoption and success metrics
• Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices
