Senior Technical Program Manager, Productivity Engineering (Data Platform · AI Transformation)

10x Genomics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive their AI-first technology stack, focusing on data platform and integration programs. This role requires owning roadmaps, translating business needs into structured programs, and leading cross-functional teams in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in building the foundation for AI and ensuring reliable integration across critical business applications.

• Own and drive roadmap for AI/Data Platform and Finance integration programs
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, time-bound programs
• Lead end-to-end program delivery, defining processes and playbooks
• Drive AI-specific program tracks including NLQ rollout and model deployment
• Modernize integration programs, retiring legacy middleware for scalable patterns
• Influence without hierarchy and build alignment across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations
