Technical Product Associate

Kith is seeking a Technical Product Associate to devise and implement technology solutions that support business operations. This role involves managing vendor relationships, gathering requirements, and collaborating with technical stakeholders to enhance systems like Order Management and ERP. The associate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of solutions, from design and implementation to testing and training.

• Devise systems, technology, and procedures to enable business success
• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Capture requirements and implement new custom technology
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders and business teams
• Operate and enhance complex business systems (OMS, ERP)
• Document learnings and present potential solutions
