Principal - Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager at Nasdaq, you will drive product strategy and innovation within the Capital Markets Back Office space. You will lead product development from concept to launch, influencing stakeholders and engaging with customers to identify strategic opportunities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in securities processing and US Fixed Income.

• Define and drive product strategy across the full product lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional product development efforts
• Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
• Experience with US Fixed Income Post-Trade-Processing and Accounting
• 10+ years of product management experience in tech or financial services
