Head of Strategic Operations (Chief of Staff)

Nebius is seeking a Strategic Program Manager/Chief of Staff to lead high-priority initiatives within the Token Factory division. This role involves translating ambitious ideas into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept to execution. You will work directly with senior leadership to build scalable operating systems and shape the future of the business.

• Drive execution of high-priority initiatives including product launches and GTM programs
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities
• Develop structured execution plans with milestones and owners
• Build operating mechanisms for organizational scaling
• Translate complex topics into concise executive communications
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and accelerate execution
