Agent Manager

ShopMy is seeking a Product Manager to oversee their AI agents, focusing on translating client needs into agent behaviors and ensuring agents perform useful work. You will bridge the gap between users and the AI system, defining agent requirements, monitoring performance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance agent capabilities and orchestration.

• Understand customer needs and processes to identify agent integration points
• Define agent requirements, priorities, and boundaries
• Monitor agent performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements
• Own prompt and document quality for AI agents
• Shape the agentic orchestration system and coordinate agent capabilities
• Partner with teams to ensure agents have the right scope and tools
