Join Flex as a Technical Product Management Engineer in Penang, Malaysia, to drive the design, validation, and implementation of innovative product solutions. You will partner with engineering and commercial teams, translate customer needs, and lead program execution from concept to NPI phase.
What we are looking for
6- Partner with Design & Engineering and commercial teams
- Drive product solution design, validation, and implementation
- Translate customer technical needs to NPI and CFT teams
- Lead program teams and ensure timing and budgets are met
- Requires 5 years of experience in high-tech electronics
- Knowledge of SMT, Wave, Soldering, and Assembly processes
