Engineering Program Manager

Lumentum is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensor products. You will drive program execution across cross-functional teams, manage new product development from concept to manufacturing, and embed program management best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of product development processes and the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables.
