Forward Deployed Product Manager

Bolo AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to own customer engagement from discovery to impact in the heavy industry sector. This role bridges customer needs, go-to-market strategy, and engineering to translate complex operational workflows into valuable, reusable AI-powered solutions. You will drive customer success and product learning by turning ambiguity into shipped outcomes.

• Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment and impact
• Translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and MVP scope
• Partner with engineering to build stable, extensible AI-powered solutions
• Manage tradeoffs across customer urgency, technical complexity, and product reuse
• Identify repeatable patterns to shape product and delivery processes
• Drive customer adoption and ensure solutions become part of real workflows
