Sr. Engineering Program Manager

Medtronic is seeking a Sr. Engineering Program Manager to lead complex software development programs for next-generation medical technologies within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, integration, execution, and delivery of these critical software projects, ensuring alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software release programs
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage program risks, technical dependencies, and escalation processes
• Facilitate governance reviews and provide program status visibility
• Experience managing software-intensive medical device programs
