Technology Product Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and ecosystem integration for VMware Kubernetes Service (VKS) and its embedded Kubernetes substrate (Supervisor). This role involves close collaboration with customers, open-source communities, and internal teams to drive innovation in cloud-native infrastructure on vSphere, particularly for modern and AI/ML workloads.

• Define and execute multi-year product strategy for VKS and Supervisor
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications
• Partner with marketing and sales for go-to-market strategies and customer adoption
• Engage with open-source communities (CNCF/Kubernetes) and represent VMware
• Lead customer discovery sessions to validate product direction
• Requires deep Kubernetes, cloud-native, and vSphere/ESXi technical knowledge
