Project Manager, Corporate Events

FIRST is seeking a Project Manager to support clients with internal and external events and conferences. This role involves full lifecycle event planning, budget management, vendor negotiation, and execution for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. The position requires domestic and international travel as needed.

• Manage full life-cycle planning and execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events
• Oversee financial management, including budget development and reconciliation
• Source, negotiate, and manage venues and suppliers
• Coordinate event logistics such as registration, F&B, transportation, and A/V
• Collaborate with internal teams on event deliverables
• Travel for site inspections and on-site event management
