- Manage a portfolio of strategic Marketing and Technology initiatives
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation through launch
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Marketing, Business, and Risk
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and obstacles
- Establish program dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
- Drive cross-functional coordination and decision-making
