Staff Product Manager, Growth

Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive growth initiatives for their intelligent finance platform. You will lead a dedicated engineering and design team to develop AI-powered tooling and infrastructure that enhances GTM productivity, focusing on areas like AI agents, intelligent automation, pipeline prioritization, and experimentation. This role requires a strong systems thinker with a track record of moving company-level metrics and influencing stakeholders.

• Own and drive key GTM metrics through product strategy and roadmap
• Identify and address bottlenecks across revenue funnel systems
• Lead 0-to-1 and 1-to-N initiatives for GTM infrastructure re-architecture
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, and Data teams
• Develop AI agents for GTM workflows and intelligent outbound automation
• Build platforms to increase productivity and revenue leverage across the funnel
