Principal, Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of Workday Reporting & Analytics, integrating cutting-edge AI with enterprise data solutions. You will define the future of AI-driven analytics for Workday HCM and Financials, working closely with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative reporting tools.

• Define product vision and strategy for next-generation Reporting & Analytics
• Develop AI-assisted reporting capabilities and conversational analytics
• Gather customer and stakeholder input to prioritize features
• Act as Product Owner for scrum teams, managing backlogs and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and other product teams
• 10+ years of Product Management experience in analytics or reporting solutions
