Software Engineering Program Manager - CRM

As a Software Engineering Program Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) at Medtronic, you will be the primary Quality representative on cross-functional product development teams. You will embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and driving alignment across complex programs. This role is crucial for delivering innovative, high-quality software-enabled medical technologies to patients worldwide.

• Serve as the primary Quality representative on cross-functional software development teams
• Ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle
• Provide quality leadership for design controls, risk management, and V&V activities
• Partner with stakeholders to evolve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage program execution, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders
