Global Mobility Advisor, MEU

As a Global Mobility Advisor, you will manage end-to-end international relocations for employees in the Europe region, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and service level agreements. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on global mobility, immigration, tax, and payroll matters, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate seamless talent deployment and enhance the employee experience.

• Manage end-to-end Global Mobility case management for assigned scope
• Oversee vendor accountability and manage relationships with relocation, tax, and immigration consultants
• Partner with internal stakeholders across all levels to resolve complex situations and make timely decisions
• Advise business leaders and relocating employees on global mobility policies, legal requirements, and cross-border regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax
• Drive continuous improvement in global mobility processes and policies
