Project Manager

VELCO is seeking a Project Manager to oversee critical capital projects for Vermont's electrical transmission system. This role involves collaborating across departments to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. You will represent VELCO to stakeholders and provide regular reports to management.

• Manage capital projects for the electrical transmission system
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop bidding documents and manage contracts
• Provide reports to management and the Board of Directors
• Ensure successful execution of substation program projects
