Senior Product Manager- Post-Sales Platform & AI Automation

Tekion is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for their post-sales platform, focusing on AI and workflow automation. This role involves collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to translate insights into product requirements, drive AI agent deployment, and monitor key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS product management, particularly within post-sales domains, and a strong technical understanding.

• Own product roadmap execution for post-sales initiatives
• Conduct discovery and translate insights into PRDs and user stories
• Identify and drive AI agent deployment for workflow automation
• Collaborate with engineering on system architecture and data flows
• Define and monitor product KPIs using BI tools
• Support end-to-end product launches and enablement
