Associate Director, Product Management

Gilead is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and evolution of our global Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability for commercial content. This role ensures digital assets are discoverable, reusable, compliant, and scalable across worldwide teams. You will advance DAM into a strategic content foundation, enabling AI-assisted creation and automated workflows, while also leading a team of content librarians.

• Define and execute enterprise commercial DAM vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Serve as the business product owner for DAM, translating needs into capabilities
• Establish DAM as a trusted source for enterprise AI applications
• Develop scalable service delivery processes for asset management
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DAM professionals and content librarians
• Partner with IT and platform teams to deliver DAM enhancements and integrations
