Project Manager

VIAVI is seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Project Manager to support project execution within their manufacturing environment. This role will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and track projects from concept through production. It offers hands-on exposure to product development, process engineering, and manufacturing operations.

• Develop and drive project planning, scheduling, budgets, and execution
• Manage transition of new products/processes from R&D to manufacturing
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement
• Track project milestones and flag risks to stakeholders
• Partner with engineers to ensure project alignment with requirements
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports
