Engineering Project/Program Manager 3

HP is seeking an AI Project/Program Manager to drive governance, operational excellence, and portfolio visibility for Applied AI and Automation initiatives. This role partners with delivery managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent project execution, accurate reporting, and effective resource planning. You will own portfolio data integrity, executive dashboards, and cross-functional governance processes to enable informed decision-making and support strategic transformation programs.

• Drive governance across Applied AI and Automation portfolio
• Partner with Delivery Managers to monitor project execution
• Own portfolio reporting, executive dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Maintain portfolio data quality and project data hygiene
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
• Coordinate portfolio planning, including resource capacity planning
