Sr Staff Hardware Engineer Program Manager

As a Sr. Staff Hardware Engineer Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end execution of complex hardware optical programs, from initial planning through production ramp. You will orchestrate interdependent activities across multiple disciplines, including silicon, photonics, packaging, and operations, to deliver complete optical solutions for AI infrastructure. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to influence product execution, partner with technical leaders, and communicate directly with senior executives.

• Own end-to-end hardware program delivery from concept to production ramp
• Build integrated execution plans with actionable schedules and milestones
• Lead cross-functional alignment across design, manufacturing, and operations
• Manage multiple concurrent development efforts for silicon subsystems and final products
• Anticipate and mitigate schedule, technical, and resource risks
• Communicate program health and decisions to senior leadership
