Senior Project Manager

Lead day-to-day project management for large-scale construction projects, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of construction contracts and the ability to foster a positive team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring project success from initiation to close-out.

• Lead contract administration, procurement, and financial reporting
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage project risks
• Lead, train, and develop project team members
• Ensure project close-out, including turnover and final payments
• Foster a culture of safety and inclusion on site
