Staff Product Program Manager

Aurora is seeking a Staff Product Program Manager to join their Autonomy Software teams in Mountain View, California. This role focuses on the Fault Management System, ensuring the self-driving technology can fail safely. You will partner with engineering leads to plan and prioritize development, manage complex projects, and drive progress by removing obstacles and resolving dependencies.

• Partner with Autonomy Architecture leads and engineers on planning and prioritization
• Assess requirements and facilitate strategy selection
• Track progress, evaluate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Manage complex, large-scale projects across multiple teams
• Understand technical implementation and propose alternatives
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical program or product management role
