Senior Program Manager

Lead the delivery of complex technology solutions for global market infrastructure operators as a Senior Program Manager at Nasdaq. You will define program strategy, manage budgets and risks, and represent Nasdaq with senior stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technology and the ability to mentor project managers.

• Define and lead end-to-end program strategy for complex technology implementations
• Represent Nasdaq with senior external stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership
• Drive financial accountability through rigorous budget creation, tracking, and risk management
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Project Managers
• Extensive experience in technology project and program management within financial markets
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex delivery programs across international, cross-functional environments
