Program Manager

Tanium is seeking a Program Manager to lead product development activities from ideation to go-to-market within the CTO's organization. This role focuses on building and iterating program management processes for an AI-first product development environment. You will drive cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders, and represent the Product Organization in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Enablement, and Marketing.

• Coordinate end-to-end spec-driven product launch process
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and stages
• Set timelines and hold cross-functional partners accountable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decisions
• Develop first-draft materials for product enablement and marketing
• Act as a proxy to Product Managers, representing priorities and making calls
