Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our US Employee Benefits business, acting as a key link between stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners. You will shape scalable processes and systems, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive clarity and momentum on complex initiatives within a growing global insurance group.

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Design and document current and future state processes
• Support US Employee Benefits business growth and transformation
• Engage and align stakeholders across business and technology
• Operate independently with limited supervision in complex environments
• Experience in insurance, broking, or financial services is advantageous
