About this role
As a Program Manager at Plexus, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering strong client relationships. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day customer interactions, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional results for transformative products in aerospace, defense, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
What we are looking for
6- Lead Customer Focus Teams (CFT) and manage customer relationships
- Serve as the voice of Plexus to the customer and vice versa
- Negotiate PPV and NRE, and lead business reviews
- Drive systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction
- Leverage financial and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred
