AI/ML Product Manager

Vanguard is seeking an AI/ML Product Manager to define the strategic vision and roadmap for AI/ML-enabled products. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to build and improve scalable, responsible AI/ML solutions that enhance client outcomes and crew efficiency.

• Lead product management for AI/ML products with cross-divisional impact
• Define and own the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, risk, legal, and business stakeholders
• Translate market research and client feedback into product vision and requirements
• Guide planning, development, and implementation of new AI/ML products
• Assess performance and improve user experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis
