About this role
Lead the execution of U.S. Live Training programs within a dynamic defense environment. You will manage cost, schedule, performance, and customer relationships for complex training systems. This role requires strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) proficiency and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
What we are looking for
6- Lead day-to-day execution of live training programs
- Manage program cost, schedule, and performance using EVMS
- Serve as primary customer point of contact for U.S. DoD or international MOD
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and operations teams
- Own program financial performance and risk management
- Drive cross-functional teams toward program success
