Corporate Development M&A Integration Manager

Stripe is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to oversee the program management of acquisition integration workstreams. This role involves building plans, sequencing dependencies, tracking commitments, and driving decisions across various functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, operations, or strategy, with a proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.

• Own program management of M&A integration workstreams end-to-end
• Build plans, sequence dependencies, and track functional commitments
• Manage peer-level relationships across People, Finance, Legal, and Product teams
• Develop strategic judgment for integration pacing and sequencing
• Contribute to acquisition accountability metric reporting
• Represent the integration team in cross-functional forums
