Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver strategic projects within our Engineering & Design division, which includes well-known consumer brands. You will drive accountability, manage risks, and ensure timely execution of new product development objectives, playing a key role in bringing innovative self-care and wellness products to market.

• Lead cross-functional global teams in new product development
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and technical feasibility assessments
• Utilize risk management to mitigate time-to-market impacts
• Communicate program status and action plans to executive leadership
• Experience in consumer products, beauty/cosmetics preferred
• Proactive work style with ability to manage multiple global projects
