Program Manager

Flir is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer-funded and internally funded programs from planning through delivery. This role is the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring all technical, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met. You will manage cross-functional teams, financial performance, and risks throughout the program lifecycle.

• Lead commercial, defense, and development programs
• Serve as primary customer interface
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans
• Monitor program performance against objectives
• Manage program budgets and forecasts
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
