Program Manager (Tooling)

As a Program Manager (Tooling) at Magna, you will oversee all aspects of tooling programs from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet cost, delivery, and quality targets. You will manage cross-functional teams, communicate with customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Manage tooling program builds including cost, delivery, and changes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers
• Ensure quality, engineering standards, and on-time delivery
• Prepare and update program reports and financial documentation
• Utilize CAD, FMEA, APQP, and GD&T knowledge
• Host technical presentations and meetings
