Sr. Director, Product Management, UHNW Platform

Lead the strategy and evolution of the UHNW platform for Mercer Advisors, focusing on integrated financial planning, investment management, and family office services. This role involves defining the product vision, client and advisor experience, and technology roadmap, translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.

• Own product strategy, client and advisor experience, and technology roadmap for the UHNW platform
• Translate complex business needs into clear product direction and requirements
• Develop deep understanding of advisor, client, and operational workflows
• Lead product discovery and solution design for scalable platform solutions
• Manage prioritized product roadmap and ensure delivery execution
• Serve as central alignment point across Product, Technology, Operations, and other key stakeholders
