Legal - Legal Counsel, US Employment

Aritzia is seeking a US Employment Legal Counsel to join their growing Legal Department. This role will provide legal advice, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks related to employment matters across US operations. You will draft employment contracts, manage employee relations issues, and advise on benefits plans.

• Draft, update, and implement employment contract terms
• Mitigate employee relations risk and support investigations
• Draft, update and implement contractor and vendor agreements
• Advise on compliance and implementation of benefits plans
• Proven skills in US employment law, particularly NY and CA
• Law degree and license to practice law in the US
