About this role
Leidos is seeking a Product Manager to lead the modernization of a legacy Contact Center CRM platform for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). You will define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, translating CMS business objectives into actionable plans for Agile delivery teams. This role involves deep collaboration with stakeholders, leading design sessions, and ensuring the successful integration of AI-enabled features into a cloud-native solution.
What we are looking for
6- Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM modernization
- Translate CMS business objectives into prioritized user stories with acceptance criteria
- Lead discovery sessions, design reviews, and Human-Centered Design workshops
- Guide prioritization of AI features and map capabilities to sprint cycles
- Partner with CMS product owners, SMEs, and CSRs to understand business needs
- Ensure functional parity and minimal operational disruption during modernization
