Marketing Product Manager, Enabling Technologies

Enovis is seeking a Product Manager to advance their cloud solutions and shape the future of the ASTRA™ platform, which integrates AR, AI, and navigation for surgical decision-making. You will lead upstream efforts by identifying clinical needs, gathering surgeon insights, and translating them into product requirements to guide early-stage development.

• Lead upstream product development for the ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty
• Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into product requirements
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and gap analyses
• Shape product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
