Lead the development of innovative battery systems from concept to launch, integrating engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. You will be the key technical liaison with customers and suppliers, ensuring the successful delivery of safe, reliable, and high-performance battery solutions.
What we are looking for 6
- Lead battery system development projects from concept through production launch
- Own integrated project plans, scope, schedule, and resources
- Serve as lead integrator across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Direct technical development of battery cells, modules, packs, and BMS
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes
- Interface with customers and suppliers for technical communication and delivery
