About this role

Blue Origin is seeking a Construction Technical Program Manager to oversee capital construction projects across all company locations. You will apply advanced project management expertise to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving process improvements within our Facilities, Maintenance, Security & Operations organization.

What we are looking for

Manage full lifecycle of capital construction projects
Develop and implement process improvements for program delivery
Lead cross-organizational teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Ensure project controls and integrate data for decision-makers
8+ years of construction project/program management experience
Experience with scheduling software (P6, MS Project)
