About this role
Capital One Software is seeking a Director to lead Product Management Operations and AI Enablement. This role will focus on transforming the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) to an AI-Native SDLC, optimizing processes, and driving the adoption of AI tools across the enterprise. You will lead a team responsible for deploying AI toolkits, defining operational strategies, and building AI fluency within product teams.

6- Lead the transformation of the Product Development Life Cycle to an AI-Native SDLC
- Optimize operational processes and eliminate friction for product managers
- Drive the adoption and scaling of internal and external AI enablement tools
- Define frameworks and playbooks for integrating AI agents into team routines
- Establish a Product Center of Excellence for AI literacy and responsible AI
- Develop outcome-based KPIs to track the impact of AI-Native development
