Sr Program Manager, Software

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Software to lead the design and development of the Ottava system. This role involves driving end-to-end software schedules, managing risks, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will also be responsible for people management and talent development.

• Drive execution of end-to-end software schedules and OKRs
• Manage project risks, contingency planning, and conflict resolution
• Foster a collaborative team environment and drive team effectiveness
• Provide people management and talent development
• Experience with complex integrated subsystems (e.g., robotics, aerospace)
• Experience in a regulated environment (medical device preferred)
