Associate Director Product Manager

As an Associate Director Product Manager, you will own the digital app experience for our card collections and recovery customers, driving new ideas to improve net credit loss savings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and execution rhythm across launches, leveraging data and customer intuition to create innovative solutions. This role is key to improving the financial lives of our customers and achieving business objectives.

• Own Digital App experience for Card Collections and Recovery Customers
• Drive new ideas with business cases for Net Credit Loss Savings
• Optimize Payment Plan journeys with A/B testing
• Create product roadmaps and seamless customer journeys
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Collections Strategy
• 8+ years experience in digital consumer products, preferably at scale
