About this role
Lead battery cell and pack development programs from concept to production as a Technical Program Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for US customers, managing technical discussions, program reviews, and issue resolution. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risks, and driving innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality
- Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify program risks and drive mitigation plans
- Support DFMEA, PFMEA, DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP activities
