About this role

RapidSOS is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead the installation of their public safety AI platform for emergency communications centers. This role involves managing post-sales implementations, focusing on VoIP integrations and hardware/software setup, with significant on-site customer travel across the U.S.

What we are looking for

Manage and execute technical field deployments of VoIP-integrated RapidSOS solutions
Own end-to-end implementation timelines from onboarding to go-live
Travel up to 75% to public safety customer locations for on-site installs
Integrate RapidSOS products with customer IT systems and telephony providers
Act as the technical liaison for VoIP infrastructure and deployment best practices
Gather field feedback to improve implementation processes and documentation
