• Own program strategy, milestones, and cross-functional alignment from definition to production
• Partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into integrated technical roadmaps and plans
• Drive resolution of complex technical and organizational challenges
• Establish and manage program-level risk frameworks
• Deep silicon/hardware design or FPGA domain expertise
