Project & Program Management, Senior Manager

Astreya is seeking a Senior Manager of Project & Program Management to drive the continuous development of our managed services. You will oversee complex, cross-functional projects, collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders, and own program reporting and metrics. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.

• Oversee multiple complex, cross-functional, and technical projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer business stakeholders
• Structure and drive project planning, schedules, and execution
• Own all program reporting, metrics delivery, and operational reviews
• Develop and maintain service reporting dashboards
• Manage and develop a diverse team, including hiring and succession planning
