Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager at Wiley, you will shape and deliver AI-enabled SaaS products that help people understand themselves and work better together. You will translate customer needs and market research into product strategy, collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions from concept to launch.

• Develop product strategy for complex technical capabilities including integrations and AI-enabled experiences
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical options, risks, and tradeoffs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and data teams on scalable and secure solutions
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans
• Experience with SaaS, platform, API, or integration products
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and agile methodologies
