Analyst, Project Management

Western Union is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support program and project managers with governance, reporting, and delivery activities. You will be responsible for preparing meeting materials, tracking actions and risks, and managing project financials and reports. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in project management methodologies.

• Support project governance, reporting, and delivery activities
• Prepare agendas, packs, and minutes for governance forums
• Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
• Collate and report program financials, including budget and milestone tracking
• 5+ years' experience in a PMO or Project Analyst role
• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial and resource reporting
